I am a father to Derrick, a husband to Kalpana, and D4 to my close friends. My journey has shaped who I am today, with every person I've encountered adding a chapter to my story.
Adopted at an early age, my parents raised me as an independent thinker. Even as a young adult, they trusted me to make my own decisions – and learn from my own mistakes. This freedom to explore and grow independently has served me well throughout my life.
This foundation of self-reliance has allowed me to navigate major career transitions not once, but three times! The people who know me best describe me as dedicated, funny, and loyal. I bring creative energy and positive problem-solving to everything I do.
